I offer short and long-term therapy to clients aged 18+

50 minute face-to-face session at Chapel Studios
50 minute online session
Introductory consultation (30 minutes face-to-face or online)

Payment can be made by bank transfer within 24 hours of a session, or alternatively a card or cash payment can be made at the start of each session.
Sessions usually occur weekly at a set time. However after we have been working together for some time you may wish to reduce your sessions to fortnightly as we work towards a successful ending.
I understand that beginning counselling can feel daunting, so I offer a free 30 minute consultation for us to get to know each other and get a sense of whether we might work well together.

I have a comfortable, private room in a lovely converted chapel building on the edge of Pudsey, Farsley and Stanningley.
There is a dedicated parking space for my clients and it can also be reached via plenty of bus routes and is within 10 minutes walking distance from Pudsey train station.
I don’t have a waiting room so please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your session start time.
